Terms of Service

By accessing or using Invite Circle (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users, including event hosts who register an account and guests who submit RSVPs via an invite link.

Invite Circle is a wedding RSVP management platform operated by VK Indie Tools. It allows event hosts to create personalised invite links, collect RSVPs per function, manage accommodation, and send WhatsApp reminders.

The Service is available at invitecircle.in and is currently offered in early access to approved hosts.

Invite Circle operates on an event-credit model. Event credits must be purchased before an event can be activated. Current pricing is published at invitecircle.in/pricing.

• Single Event — ₹2,999 per event, valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
• Planner — ₹9,999/year for up to 10 event credits, valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Unused credits at the end of the annual period are non-transferable.

Unused credits that expire within the validity period are non-refundable. Prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices; any change will not affect credits already purchased.

You must be at least 18 years old to register as an event host. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Guest RSVP submission does not require an account.

Host accounts are created via Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately at invitecircle@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not use it to send spam, harass guests, impersonate others, or upload unlawful content. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service.

As an event host, you are responsible for obtaining any necessary consent from your guests before collecting their personal data (name, phone number) through Invite Circle. You agree to handle guest data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

Our Privacy Policy at invitecircle.in/privacy describes how we collect and process personal data on our end.

The WhatsApp messaging feature transmits guest names and phone numbers to Meta's servers via the WhatsApp Cloud API. By using this feature, you confirm that you have the right to contact the relevant guests via WhatsApp. You must not use it to send unsolicited messages.

All content, design, and code comprising the Invite Circle platform is owned by or licensed to VK Indie Tools. You retain ownership of any wedding data and content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely to provide the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or that data will never be lost.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Invite Circle and VK Indie Tools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, lost profits, or reputational harm. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (if any).

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. On termination, your event data may be deleted; you are responsible for exporting any data you wish to retain before termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect changes. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
